We will be tabling at the Thought Bubble Festival in Harrogate, Yorkshire, UK in November.

It’s a big show, we’re told - this will be our first time there - so here are some handy instructions (below) on where to find us - table C3, Bubbleboy Hall.

We’ll have our new book, My Beloved Other, which you can get signed by both authors, Angela and Nick. In case you don’t know, Nick is married to Angela, and this antiracist, antifascist “memoir-of-sorts” is written by the two of them, with all art by Nick. As you might imagine, it’s not a straightforward memoir-in-comics-format, as it mixes in a lot of theory, family history and the stream-of-consciousness currency of our lives as we moved from the UK to the USA, only to find ourselves in DJT’s “AmurikKka.”

We don’t do a lot of comics shows, so Thought Bubble is a chance to get some sketches and signed copies of many of Nick Abadzis’ other books (some out of print): we’ll also have copies of Laika, Hugo Tate, a reprint of the rare antiwar zine Landscape of Possibilities, some of the Doctor Who collections he wrote for Titan Comics, the “Miyazaki-like” Pigs Might Fly (co-authored with the incredible Jerel Dye), some art prints and a few other surprises, I’m sure.

You’ll find comics and graphic novels for young and old, and a whole lot more.
